Vodacom - Upgrade cancellation struggles

Since I can't reach Vodacom to resolve my issues with a cancelled upgrade . After struggling for 4 weeks now, I am turning myself to a more public forum - maybe then I will get Vodacom to phone me back.

Vodacom - Your customer service and support is shocking. Your company is working in so many silo's that your own staff can't even reach departments within your organization to resolve my issues.
