VODACOM UPGRADE AND DEBT REVIEW

I am under debt review. But my Vodacom account is not. Vodacom sucessfully deducted/deducts monthly the amount I owe from my bank account, for the past two (2) years. I even had the opportunity to upgrade twice, no three (3) times, since I have been under debt review. I understand that Vodacom has NOW a new policy regarding debt revie. I understand that debt review is "linked" to or with your ID number. And I understand that your Vodacom account is "linked" to your ID number. But, I also understand that if your Vodacom account is not under debt review, the rules and regulations (policy) actually do not apply. Vodacom should take careful note of that. Because I believe that quite a few people will have to go the debt review route due to COVID 19. And lastly, Vodacom consultants, in store and on line, should have a better bedside manner when it comes to debt review. It is not always the way people necessarily want to go, but it is the better alternative for most. Anyway, I have six (6) accounts with Vodacom. Never had any problem with paying what I owe. And Vodacom accounts can testify to that If they only want to do a little bit more "research". However I am not allowed to upgrade. It just doesn't make sense.

I am not sure how long the time limit "in due course" is.
However it is five (5) days since I received the Vodacom reply, and yet no contact was made.
Maybe Vodacom has problems with available consultants.
