Vodacom upgrade a circus and a waste of time

This past weekend (Friday evening to Saturday evening) I tried to upgrade online but I was experiencing problems where the vodacom site froze up everytime towards the end of the upgrade. I kept on receiving calls from their +*** which would just cut off without anyone saying anything. Then few minute later I would receive an sms that vodacom tried to call but could not get hold of me. I overlooked that and phoned 135 to enquire, the lady said since she could not help me she will transfer me to their online department. She transferred me and after holding for 25min a lady eventually answered, she said the upgrade was hanging on the system but helped me complete both upgrades. I told her the right delivery address and the contact no.***, I was shocked to receive an e-mail from Ram Couriers on the 7th Jan 2020 with the wrong contact no *** which is no longer in use and I had changed previously with vodacom when the contract ended. Same day when I contacted Ram I was also shocked that the address they had was just the number and the street name, there was no building name and their driver tried to call me on the cell no provided by vodacom, mind u which was wrong. Eventually he left with my parcel. I phoned them to update my number with them and phoned vodacom to update my number and my delivery address with them again.Today 8th Jan 2020 I called Ram at 13:02 to find out if they were delivering my parcel and I was told it cannot be delivered since vodacom has to authorise the delivery. Who is at fault here? having provided all required details for a stress free delivery. Is fair to me everytime I have to upgrade *** & *** to have similar problems with vodacom and Ram?I experience problems after problems with these Vodacom upgrades which are the very same problems everytime. In 2018 both upgrades Ram sent them back to Vodacom because they had sent them the same wrong 060 contact no and could not get hold of me. I phoned them and updated the number and now for the very same thing to happen. I am so angry and fed up with Vodacom to a point that they can now take their upgrades to hell.I'm tired of contacting this and that person and next week I'm on leave I won't be at the delivery address.
