Vodacom upgrade

I was due for upgrade in May 2022 and got hauwie nova 8i, the phone keeps on restarting itself so two weeks after delivery I called vodacom and they arranged pick up that will take 7 - 14 days, even today they haven't picked up the phone yet, when I call them they say I must take the device to the nearest vodacom store for repair, and I asked who will pay for the device repairing they said me, I told them no ways, and on Friday 1 July I called them I again the said I must wait for another 7-14 days, I'm here paying the faulty device that keeps on restarting itself,
