Vodacom upgrade
Hi i went ro vodacom in last week to see if i can get a prem upgrade aa the lady told me yes you can but need to phone upgrade department as i did see in the cataloug what i want..i phone them and did the deal and they never told me sorry mam you dont get the voucher after i got the phone and ask them they say they not the same aa the store ppl but please in my eyes if you phone upgrade downgrade or store from vodacom they are the same company.they dont want to give me the same as in store.that is unfair why.
