Vodacom - update my credit report

Worst company to ever take contracts out with... Paid my Vodacom account up in February 2020 but my credit report has still not been updated. I've got a settlemt letter and everything to prove final payment was made.. Spoke to agents who say they can't do anything about it. WOW!!!! SO HELPFUL!!! Then I put them on Hellopeter and for the past 5 months we've been doing so... Everytime we post a review here for the same issue, we get a call and we get told it will be sorted out in 7 days. That is utter ******* as after another 5 months of speaking to people it still shows on my report. I'm tired of listening to people telling me we will take care of this for you when you clearly are not. CALL ME IF YOU CAN GET THIS SORTED BECAUSE I'M FED UP OF REPEATING THINGS OVER AND OVER AGAIN.
