Vodacom unwilling to pay out death benefits

Vodacom unwilling to pay out death benefits and keep on requesting new documents. I contacted Vodacom when my mom passed away on 20/6/2025 and was told she had a policy. By 16/7/2025 I have sent all the Documents on the list. Then nothing. Only after I contacted Hellopeter did Vodacom email me, with more than "we are busy with the claim". Oh apparently they did call me on the deceased inactive cell nr. The appointment of Executors letter was not enough so I had to get a Authority Request Letter 26/08/2025 (first time that was requested). A sms was send to the deceased cell stating : "Your service ticket with reference number *******-****** has been closed" - even though this matter has still not yet been finalized. The Authority Request letter took 7 weeks (stamp on 14/10/2025). On 17/10/2025 I email the letter of authority. Now Vodacom needs a NEW Certified copy of the death certificate, STAMPED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF HOME AFFAIRS and dated within the last three months. So every time I comply Vodacom has a new set of requirements. When will this end? As once again no communication from VODACOM new requirements.
