Vodacom Untruthful

I recently upgraded my number online and the upgrade included a smar****ch.

I only received the phone and no smar****ch.

Apon contacting them and struggling for about three weeks every consultant told me I made the mistake.

I eventually received my invoice / quote *** and in black and white it says that the watch is included.

Now, Vodacom is ignoring me and no response to if I will receive the watch.

Be very careful, they are "*******"
