Vodacom Unsupportive to Black Businesses

On 15 Sep I expressed an interest in taking up a product in the Vodacom LTE business campaign. I spoke to Meral Naicker. To meet the 30 Sep deadline i suggested to take the offer under my personal name on behalf of my company. This was refused and was advised to follow due business application process. I kick started a tedious process to furnish Vodacom with a myriad of documents including (company registration documents from Cipro). Final documents were delivered by the bank on 01 October 2015 (a day after the campaign closing date). I sent Marel all the documents and in response she advised me that it was too late and there was nothing more she could do but to give me a standard offer. I find this totally unfair and highly unsupportive given that I started the process before the end of the campaign. I engaged Vodacom a dozen times and was promised that my issue would be resolved. I phoned Marel endlessly and she promised to call back but never did. I spoke to her superior, Amanda who also promised to call but never did. Called Karel Wentzel who said issue was resolved but obviously not true. Is it so difficult to be supportive to black small businesses Vodacom?
