Vodacom ************ business practice

I have cancelled my contract with vodacom a year back after a fight with them for my contract to be terminated as the 24 months had already ended and I paid all outstanding fees. I was surprised when my credit rating was too low when I apply for credit at Telkom only to find that vodacom has listed me owing them R480 which is not true and as a result credit bureau black listed me.
