VODACOM - Unresolved Billing since February

Vodacom - I have been trying to get Vodacom to correct my billing since February. I requested to switch from contract to Pay as You Go in January, and am still being charged for a contract that I didn't ask for. Every now and again I miraculously get through on the careline, and the agent then seems to transfer me to an alternative contract. The call centre blocked my number because i keep phoning about unresolved billing issues! I have been phoning the call centre and asking for help in various stores for hours and hours. What does a customer have to do to get customer service??????

Thank you Vodacom for responding and adjusting my calling plan. However, I am still waiting for someone from Accounts to contact me about rectifying the Billing since February. Please can this be followed up?

Thank you for your reply. I apologise that I missed both your calls. I do not think this is resolved, as I asked in January to go onto pay as you go - so I am unhappy about the billing from February onwards, and would like to discuss those months also being credited. In January I asked for both my numbers to be transferred to pay as you go. That is why you will see that on 1 February I put R300 airtime on phone number ***. I appreciate your credit since May, but request that you relook into February to May Billing.
Many thanks

I am still awaiting a reply to asking why my Billing is only being looked at since May. I am wondering why it is not since February as reported. Please can someone call me? ***
