Vodacom unreliable service!

I live in Fouriesburg in the Eastern Free State and I have a LTE wifi subscription with Vodacom and I also use them for my mobile phone connection, both of which cost me north of R430. Often in the past and also again the past 3 days we have NO or very unreliable mobile signal. I use internet extensively for my business and this lack of service (that I pay for!!) is costing me money and causes me to lose customers. I have complained about this matter previously and stated that Vodacom should at least give us a discount if we have to go for days without service. At present the signal is back, but so poor that I cannot do any of the downloads on which my business depends, because of regular netword errors. Utterly unacceptable!!!!!!!!!
