Vodacom unreliable Fibre

Vodacom customer service and tech support is appalling, DO NOT PURCHASE VODACOM FIBRE, IT IS UNRELIABLE AS BEST.

My wifi has been working intermittently since 19 Dec. currently it is completely down. 50 phone calls and numerous tickets later it is still down. I've escalated the matter more than 10 times and still nobody can tell me when it will be fixed.

Vodacom are not a service provider. They don't know what service is.

My matter is being attended to by their "team", but the one person does not know who or what the other person in the "team" is doing, they cannot communicate directly. This is not a team, this is a joke. They don't know what team is. It's all a lie.

When is my wifi going to be fixed?

Completely useless comes to mind.
