Vodacom unprofessional/Unhelpful - need my refund

I took a contract online around February and cancelled it before 7 days , vodacom went ahead debited me for that contract month end . It has been painful process trying to get my refund and the call center agents are not helpful/Competent at all and always tell me about back office . Last month i was told the money was reversed into vodacom account and that there is nothing owed to me while Vodacom is still debiting me every month and when i call again its a different story. When i call today they gave me attitude and require bank statements from me . How hard can it be to refund my money into my personal account what you should have not debited in the first place . Its over 3-4 months now with a simple issue . Every agent promises are empty and they dont care about customer since its not their money . I guess the best thing now is to cancel everything and move to another network since they dont value me as a customer .
