Vodacom unprofessionalism of customer care agents

Vodacom poor customer service by Nqobile Masholoko when inquiring about a long outstanding matter that has negatively impacted me instead she belittles my frustrations and honestly is unprofessional through out the call. I cannot get help from Vodacom customer cares various departments to clear this matter . I am extremely frustrated and upset by this whole experience
