Vodacom unprofessional service provider.

On the 13th of July I was called by Vodacom to offer me a migration from current plan as they said I’m utilising more minutes and data out of pocket. We processed to do the migration and received quotation numbers for both the contracts. The new plans were meant to start from the 1st August. Lo and behold I was still on the old plan on the 1st. I called vodacom and was sent from pillar to post to only be told the quotes were cancelled. No one notified me that there was a cancellation and reasons thereof. I was told I would be contacted on the 2nd August) before close of business. I am still waiting ………. On the 13th I dealt with unprofessional consultants who laughed over the phone whilst pretending not to hear me saying hello the entire time. By the time I w Spoke with a manager after calling numerous times I was livid and on the bound of cancelling my contracts. The team leader managed to calm me down and the consultant who assisted me with migration were great however I’m left wondering if I made the right decision staying on with this network !!!!

To date I have not heard back from Vodacom. Evidently my contract is no longer important to this business so I will be looking to cancel and move to a network that will treat me better and give me the service I deserve as a client. Utterly disgusted by Vodacom and what has transpired!!!!
