vodacom unprofessional

Once again vodacom and ITC have failure to just do a simply request as I don't understand what else to do. On the 23 I reported my case to hello Peter against vodacom for not informing ITC of paid account from default to be removed. On the 25 June 2015 I received a letter stating that my profile will be update on ITC and default removed within 7 days as per the date effected on the letter it's now more 7 days and nothing as happened as per the letter and response from an consultant called Theo I don't understand if there rep**** cause matter on hello Peter to place my emotions at easy but the matter still stands to affect my profile..
