VODACOM UNLIMITED CONTRACT (NOW LIMITED CONTRACT) CANCELLATION
Called Vodacom over a month now, still awaiting a call back with regards to my contract, they had taken the unlimited data away and made it a limited contract, was emailed to say the contract can be cancelled as they have changed the terms, conveniently have till the end of April but Vodacom is not assisting to cancel, but will be very quick to say its my fault that I did'nt call in time or that the period to cancel is closed, I EXPECT A RESOLUTION TO THIS IMMEDIATELY, CALL CENTRE IS VERY QUICK TO SAY QUERY WILL BE ATTENDED TO BUT IS NOT ATTENDED TO.

13 Apr 2023, 08:37I HAVE CONTACTED THE SAVES TEAM, THEY STILL HAVE NOT ASSISTED, ITS BEEN GOING ON FOR OVER A MONTH NOW. VODACOM IS ABSOLUTELY USELESS WHEN HELP IS REQUIRED, SENDING ME BACK TO THE SAME DEPARTMENT THAT DID NOTHING TO ASSIST IN THE FIRST PLACE.
