Vodacom unknown contract

My name is Lunga Kantolo, arround june last year I went shoping for WiFi router, I went to Vodacom shop in King Williams town(Curtain Square) for enquiry and affordability of the product I was wanting. I submitted my payslips, bank statements for credit worthy checking and that was the last thing or last time i visited the shop. In October was suprised when i saw deductions on my bank account that I wasnt aware of, so I went to my bank and reversed that transaction. I made enquiries and i was told that I am having contract with vodacom for product that I never received. I was told to lodge quiry with their ***** unit which I did but all efforts were in vain.I constantly received calls from Vodacom accounts section as they were telling me that my name was being handed-over if I wasnt paying the balance that was accumulating, I paid sum of R1070.00 and instructed them to freez the account until the matter is resolved. I went to the same shop today 31/07/2018 to enquire but status of the whole matter to my suprise that the account was re-instated and its balance has accumulating to the amount of R 485.15 mind you I never received the product and I am billing for service I never enjoyed.
