Vodacom unknowingly stole money from me

I have never had good news with vodacom, or heard good news from my many friends that use it. Normally **** service, double charges, once they gave my friend a brand new number when he asked for an upgrade to his phone. But this is by far the worst. My mother had a few numbers on her account with vodacom, one was mine, one was her boyfriend at the time, one was hers and one was for our late grandmother. We got my grans one canceled successfully no problems there. The problem comes when my mom moved overseas. She had requested (in store, because that's how cancelations worked before) to cancel 2 of the 3 remaining numbers. However, vodacom didn't get this message an only canceled on of the contracts. For 6 years we were unknowingly paying for this contract to the amounts of +-R25 000. However, due to the fact that it was done in store, there is no record of the request to cancel (as the CEO's office aka Kagiso Mokou) kindly informed us. However if you look at that numbers usage, not once in the 6 years they didn't cancel, has that number been used. So thanks vodacom for robbing us of that R25 000. You guys are absolutely some of the most useless people on the planet when it comes to anything cellphone related.
