Vodacom unjustifiably holding fibre line

After realising the higher than market rates I was getting from Vodacom Fibre Internet Service Provider (ISP), I requested cancellation in order to move to another ISP. After the 30 day notice period, the service was cancelled however they unjustifiably continue to hold the line (with Openserve) preventing me from getting new internet service. In a world of working from home, this is extremely expensive. In a month of back and forth via email, their call centre and twitter support - there is no progress while they continue to promise that it is sorted. They are either lying or ***********. I would like the line released immediately
