VODACOM UNILATERARLY CANCELS MY CONTRACTS

I complained to Vodacom about the poor network in my area in 2015 and they asked me if I will allow them to mount a booster with me paying for the electricity and I said no. Now with COVID-19 I again complained and they just ignored my calls (at least 8 of them since I kept the record). When I brought ICASA into the picture they said they are working in it but can not give me a specific date and I could not accept that since I use internet and my son has joined since he does online schooling. When I rejected their open ended project they decided to cancel ALL my contracts with them with immediate effect. How do I pay you when you have given me such bad service and have taken all my minutes and data without agreeing with me on the way forward? I am shocked and dismayed! SIES VODACOM!

Dear Vodacom. I told the Consultant that if you are not able to fix the issue, why should I as a customer go and get another service provider to instal Fibre at my place? If that is the case I see that as a breach of contract as you have not performed your role as per our contract. The cancellation was a last resort issue and I feel that it is very immature for Vodacom to do that unilaterally (without consulting with me) as I have accumulated voice minute and data which have not been forfeited without giving me time to utilise them before the contract is cancelled. I also find it very sinister that the cancellation occurred at 14:36:24and I was notified via email at 14:38 yet you made the following comment on the email: " We recommend you use any remaining minutes and data before this date as it will be lost during conversion to prepaid.". By the time i got the email the contract was already cancelled and i had lost all my data and voice minutes. If i have to pay for the pro rated usage, can Vodacom reimburse me for that data and voice minutes that I have forfeited simply because you never gave me enough notice of the cancellation of the contract that is why i say it was cancelled unilaterrarly by Vodacom. Please treat this as urgent as i feel that i am being ********** here as i had more than 250 minutes from last month and more than 50G of date from last month as well. These have been paid for and i would have preferred to make use of them before yu cancel my contract without notifying me in time. A negative two minute window is very disrespectful and i also need to be reimbursed accordingly.

Was there any correspondence from Vodacom prior to taking these drastic steps? If the call was logged on the 22 October 2020 why was I not notified of the intentions of Vodacom to cancel the contract in time then? I can't be seen to be paying for me to be ********** like this, sorry!

I get the feeling that Vodacom is really fed up with me being a customer as they reactivated my account on Friday as a result of my query. However, I have more issues with them than before as they are not consistent and have caused more issues on my account than before. Here are my issues:
1) My October account balance has now changed from R 1 039.11 to R 1 1117.59. How the hell can this happen when I have my statement already and this has been communicated to me on the 14 November 2020. What is this extra charge for and why just do what you like on my ac count without my approval? Why should i pay for what i don not know?
2) Because the line was migrated to Pre-Paid, i had deposited money in that account and the balance of these minutes have also disappeared. The last time i checked i had R 63 left and since re-activation again i have lost the R 63.00 or so.
3) The minutes that i had accumulated from last month have not been granted to me yet and i have now been charged a new fee from the 20th when this account was activated and the amount is almost the same as what i always pay. However the minutes and data are prorated. WHY VODACOM WHY? Am i your cash ***?
4) When i try and call the Customer Care number 135 i do not get the option to talk to the consultant for some reason. WHY VODACOM, WHY? Am i no longer your customer? Why am i being charged for the contract if i can't get through to the call centre?
5) I managed to select option 4 and that gave me the option to take to the consultant. One of the consultants (CHarlotte) just let me talk to myself and never rejoined the call for some reason. I really feel that Vodacom is giving me a middle finger as they are really destroying the relationship we had for more than 20 years (yes i had this contract for more than 20 years). Thanks Maria for taking my call and having the patience to listen to me!

Honestly, i think that this is enough and let's just call it quits and i will be saved all the stress of dealing with you in the future. Migrate me to prepaid like you did BUT SOLVE ALL THE BILLING AND MINUTES AND DATA ISSUES AS THESE I HAVE ALREADY PAID FOR AND I NEED THEM BACK!

And Vodacom is no longer responding to my issues yet my account is ticking like a clock. I don't know how and why?
