Vodacom- Unhappy customer

I have contacted Vodacom for more that 5times about and have not got answers from them. Vodacom *****s my banked Vodabucks- for a month now there is message on the App that says if I don’t use the banked Vodabucks I’m going to loosed them- see attached screenshot- They don’t want their customer to accumulate vodabucks that I bought with my money- It is not enough that they reaping us off, they now want steak even the hardly earned accumulated Vodabucks. Can someone please let me know where to report such activities(abuse, exploitation) of what Vodacom is doing
