Vodacom unfaithful

I payed my last installment with Vodacom on my contract which ended this month, only to find out I payed more of I was supposed to pay them I asked them for a refund they gave me stories telling me to wait 14 days before I can get my money back now it’s more than that and have to receive my refund yet.i will never in future use or sign a contract with Vodacom ever again.

Every time when I make follow up they keep telling me to wait 7 to 14 working days but my query started on 08th of August,counting their 14 days it’s more than a month now .....without a resolution. “Your query has been escalated to one of our Solution Experts.
