Vodacom unfairly blacklisted me & Call-Center agent dropped a call on me.

I went to Makro twice trying to get a Vodacom cellphone contract.

The system said "Customer doesn't qualify". So I asked the lady what the reason was because my credit score is good and the phone is relatively cheap with regards to my affordability, she said she doesn't know I have to contact Vodacom.

Today I called the Vodacom Customer helpline, then the lady was rude she even dropped the call on me when I asked her the reason why, she said I must go back to Makro. I told her I can't because Makro said I should call Vodacom.

So it came to mind, that Vodacom may have unfairly blacklisted me 2 years ago, when someone **********ly opened a cellphone contract under my name without FICA documents. I don't know how this was possible, but Vodacom refused to show me the documents used to open that contract. Eventually, they investigated the issue and gave me a letter that declared that I was a victim of *****. But to my suprised Vodacom is not willing to give me a cellphone contract, meaning they still impose punitive measures towards me on something I didn't do.

I don't even know why I bothered opening a contract with Vodacom, I regret using Vodacom for 15 years. Worse the lady on the phone kept mocking saying I do not qualify for a cheap contract of R99pm then dropped the call.
