Vodacom unfair practice: Airtime Advance
I'm writing to Hello Peter as a last resort after many attempts to speak to a consultant at Vodacom Call Centre. Vodacom increased Airtime Advance on my number without my permission: and now it is so high I can't upload Airtime with small amounts because I have an outstanding Airtime Advance of close to R300. I'm trying to contact them to have the amount reduced. Not only do they not have a self service menu to reduce Airtime Advances, they do not avail a human consultant to address the issue. They avail a robot via SMS! Twice their robots failed to help with Airtime Advance queries.
I'm frustrated.
