Vodacom Unfair and Bullying.

Be WARNED!

i had a home fibre which was terminated a year ago, and vodacom due to lack of processes on their side charge me additional 3 months. Everytime i call them they say "not to worry" case is resolved.

Now they sent my info to Tiffany Africa attorneys to collect the money and/or blacklist me in 48hrs.

Now they force the customers to pay or they ruin your name. Beware EVERYONE. DONT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY!!!

NOBODY GIVES FEEDBACK FROM VODACOM, THEN SEND YOU TO ATTORNEYS EVEN WHEN THEY BREACHED THE CONTRACT.
