Vodacom ********* and poor service, ********

I have had continuous issues with Vodacom cancelling my contract. I called months ahead of my contract ending to ensure that they cancel. Still it wasn’t done. I went in store to cancel and they told me it could not be done in store. I called 082 135 and asked yet again for them to cancel my contact and still it is not cancelled. I am past my 24 month period and no one has contacted me regarding cancelling or upgrading or to even cancel the contract as I’ve requested. All they did was change the format of my invoice so that I would not notice the 2 seperate phone numbers paid for yet the amount os still the same. Pathetic service from a ‘reputable’ business . THIEVING **********!! CHEATS! ********
