Vodacom ********* and anti competitive business practise - making my data disappear

I have 2 data contracts with vodacom, now operating on a month to month basis, giving me 500MB on each tablet. Mysteriously the data was depleted within 2 weeks. During last week I bought 500MB for each number and again within 1 to 3 days the data disappeared on both the numbers. I was shocked because before i received the run out of data popup, there was ample data the previous day.

I am tired of this practice of vodacom *****ing data and airtime form customers to boost profits margin because this is not the first time it happened, and everytime when you phone you get told the same thing that the data was finished because of internet usage. This tie I want my data to be credited back. I am not going to take this lying down.

I already phoned Vodacom on the 21st January and i got to hear the same old song that it was internet and that query escalated to support, i was provided with ref number 1- ********** 502642; the problem here is that nothing comes up from this. The consultants tell you the same thing just to get you out of the way and sometimes don't bother to phone back.

I just want my data bundles back and not long preambles, i'm tired of this. I am hoping that one day Competition Commission will look into this matter in order to protect consumers.

Vodacom big lie, be fair and ethical and credit back my data.
According to Cassandra, Vodacom recommend that i check the data usage counter on the devices in the Settings Menu; and i must note that all data usage on the devices are end-user generated.
Vodacom is playing hide and seek here, because i had data and it just disapeared. All i want is to be credited with the data that disappeared.
The very same end -user generated stats are not reliable because sometimes yoy are told that you have run out of data while in actual fact you still have data. I just want my data back
