I went to the Cresta Branch to query why my spare phone wasn't working. I was informed that my number had been recycled. While this isn't an issue, the monetary balance on my account was just deleted with no recourse. I regard this as theft. I was never informed that my number was going to be recycled and that my money was going to be kept by vodacom. Its no wonder that they have so many complaints on the Hello Peter platform
