Vodacom uncompliant

Vodacom Witbank Mall, Give in my phone for Out of box failure. 3 days. Still no slip or email or sms that they took my brand new Iphone 17. Manager Pieter, very rude and does not help at all. I have no guarantee that I am going to be able to get my phone back.
