Vodacom unblock my number and pay me back.

I lost my husband in January 2021,he had a contract with vodacom with my number,I wanted to take over and pay his contract,I payed Jan,Feb also but didn't get airtime and data,vodacom blocked my number,I emailed all the documents to *** they wanted but everytime they tell me they still waiting for documents,i spoke to Khensani and she said she will attach my documents,I phoned and I spoke to Palesa in account on the 10th of March again "documents not recieved" my life stopped because i can't do anything,even cellphone banking.
