Vodacom Unblacklist Unblock my Devices with iStore

We upgraded iphones with Vodacom in the iStore in Midrand Vodacom World July/ August 2014. In November 2014 I experienced billing issues and I did not pay, the post office was on strike and after several calls to Vodacom Call Centre requesting statement to be emailed not one person emailed the statement. Vodacom blocked and blacklisted our three lines. Eventually I received the mail through the Post Office. The Vodacom Call centre confirmed I need to pay over R9000.00 over a few months which we did, then in April/ May 2015 we re-activated our lines and spent over R300 for 2 sets of new sim cards at Vodacom in Eastgate Shopping Center. They assured us that the lines were unblacklisted and unblocked. The lines came on for less than 1 hour and went off again, this happened several times. Even though we are on the network the cellular phones do not work at all.<br> I requested that Vodacom unblacklist our devices through the iStore and I am still waiting. I have given them our device numbers and they are still not able to assist me. So I have three devices which are not working and I am paying Vodacom for business contracts.I have contacted the iStore today and they refer me to Vodacom ?
