Vodacom Unauthorized National Data Limit Lock Deactivation

A lady from Vodacom (+***2) called me just now and asked if I would like to deactivate National Data Limit Lock which is a new customer protection regulation from the Independent Communications Authority of South Africa (ICASA). I told the lady that I cannot understand or even hear some of what she was saying. I asked her to please email the proposal to me and gave her my email address. She did not email me anything. Exactly 32 minutes later I received an sms stating: "Your National Data Limit Lock service has been deactivated." I did not agree to this. I own a company and have seven mobile accounts with Vodacom. Please be aware of this **** whereby Vodacom is overriding the authority and new regulation of ICASA and automatically deactivating without your consent.

Dear Vodacom,
Can you please advise, how long is "due course" because it has now been more than 4 days and no consultant has made contact with me.
