Vodacom unauthorized Gamemine deductions, dishonest agents and lack of accountability

I regret moving to this cellphome provider. I was charged for almost 2 years for Gamemine which i never subscribed to. After multiple calls I managed to cancel it. After more calls and messages to the Vodacom Facebook account I received a phone call offering me a refund of 6 months which i refused. I received another call days later from the same "online agent" who told me that all the deductions would be refunded and these would be reflected on my next statement. I received less than 3 months refund. Vodacom receives a significant proportion of the unauthorized gamemine subscription they have been deducting through the debit order i signed for my cellphone contract. They have no motivation to cease the ********** gamemine deductions and will resort to shocking dishonest behaviours to avoid accountability. I have requested the name of the agent who **** about the refund which would be processed but Vodacom Facebook agents refuse to disclose the agent's name to allow me to lodge a complaint for the dishonest management of my inital complaint even though I have a reference number to track the complaint.
