Vodacom - unauthorises amounts deducted
After many calls to call center and promises made by staff - issue of comprehensive insurance added without any agreement with client amount is still deducted on account . ( 3 months already.

09 Dec 2021, 10:08Received my new statement - credit for 2 months outstanding. This is now going on for months keep in mind you had no authorisation to deduct insurance without consent.
