Vodacom - Unauthorised deductions on my account

Vodacom has been deducting Vodafone Live charges against my account I have with them. I have been asking vodacom to cancel these deductions and to show me when did I authorise for it, but I am not winning. This has been going on for months now, the amounts are in thousands. Another unauthorised deduction is called entertainment/games charges really what is this? I have been using vodacom service for almost twenty years now. I am sad to say that I will never recommend their products/services to anyone. This has been an absolute nightmare!
