Vodacom: Unauthorised charges and unwanted revenue generating practices

Vodacom continue to charge for unauthorised and unwanted services e.g. Entertainment Services and of late, a new scheme whereby they, and in the absence of your 'opting out', raise a significant monthly insurance fee that you have not requested or expressly authorised.

It is inconceivable that their governance processes allow such practices.

In the event that you believe that you are a victim of a practice, or charge, that you do not agree with, use the Small Claims Court adjudication processes to reverse, or recover, what you regard as an unauthorised charge. A simple, quick, efficient and usually cost free way to recover, and address, unauthorised charges. The amount in question does not have to be significant. To a large extent, It is a matter of principle. The simple process is outlined on the Small Claims Court web page.

Does Vodacom take any notice of the customer Trust Index as publicised by Hello Peter?
