VODACOM UNACCESSABLE FOR CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS VIA E-MAIL

I have been trying to contact Vodacom by e-mail to obtain a copy of my contract (an old Nashua Mobile contract taken over by Vodacom). I urgently require a copy of my contract with Nashua Mobile, the amendment of any terms of which have not (to my knowledge) been accepted by myself, and I believe that Vodacom have been incorrectly billing me for many years as I have not upgraded my device since 2013. Their website is unhelpful in this specific instance and Tobi their "bot" is equally constricted in terms of the scope of questions it can answer. I do not believe that I should be required to accept that a telecentre employee (whose answer to my question - even if it is only "I will need to get back to you on that matter" - will not be on record from my point of view) is the source that I should use to solve my problem. I believe that it is highly unprofessional for an organisation of the size of Vodacom not to provide access to Customer Care via e-mail - unless, of course, they fear being overwhelmed by the volume of complaints they would, or do, receive. It goes without saying that using the postal system would be equally unsatisfactory. The Vodacom approach to Customer Care is evidently - "Once you are hooked you won't get away, but don't let us get too close to our customer base - we might find out something we don't want to hear".
