Vodacom- Unable to report a problem
I phoned since 25th February to report no reception on my home lte device. Also all mobile phones have little to no signal. I couldn't even report it, I had to get out of town to report. First time I spoke to a lady, got cut off due to no reception. Second time I spoke to a man, there is a note on the system, but no query was logged by him. Today I phone again, spoke to a different lady, trying to report the ongoing problem, also no reference number provided. How many times must I phone and log a query before someone will actually assist me? I am paying Vodacom a lot of money each month, but I am not important enough to get service.

04 Mar 2024, 14:10The problem is not yet fixed. For over 3 weeks there is no network on my home LTE device. But I still need to pay per month? With no service from Vodacom. I am not satisfied with a reply, I need a solution.
