Vodacom unable to repair device

<p>I have booked in my smartphone with vodacom 3 times in the past week - each time with the same problem. They have replaced the motherboard twice without resolving the issue. </p> <p> </p> <p>At this point they have no idea what's wrong with it. They seem to be unable to repair it. Today when I was booking in the device for the third time, I asked if I could get a replacement, seeing as the phone is also insured with Vodacom. The consultants became evasive at this, I assume because they have no real way of handling that request </p> <p> </p> <p>It's extremely inconvenient, as each time I have to use my lunch time to go to Vodacom and I keep losing all of my data. </p> <p> </p> <p>It's very frustrating because there seems to be no solution to this problem. I have a contract with vodacom and I have insurance with them but still I am left without my phone and no solution. </p> <p> </p> <p>When this contract runs out I'll switch to a different operator who can give me a phone that works. </p>
