Vodacom unable to handle *****

I have an account with Vodacom for R 218.91 per month

In December of 2021, an additional ********** account was opened in my name. I contacted Vodacom as soon as I found out. It was reported to the police on 29/12/2021 I was told by Vodacom the debit order was canceled.

However, what I found out was that not only did they cancel the debit order for the ********** account they additionally canceled the debit order on my original account. So all debit orders were stopped

Since then I have been receiving a cash invoice from Vodacom for the original account. When I went into the store the sales Manager at the Johannesburg Norwood branch, who wasn't really interested, told me that I have to now pay in cash and phone the accounts and cancellation department.

I wasn't aware or told that I have to now pay the cash because Vodacom closed the debit order.

Over the last 2 months, I have been bounced between your cancellation and accounts queries departments, no one can help me. This takes hours of my time to eventually just have the phone put down on me. Not once but many times.

They all seem to understand the problem but they can't help me and no one can put me through to a senior manager who is capable of making a decision.

I don't understand how your staff canceled my debit order and then changed my account to a cash account without any paperwork or even telling me.

Please cancel the whole contract and send me a confirmation to my email address.
