Vodacom Unable to do a sim swap for me

I am in disbelief with Vodacom I was ****** and they took all my cellphone number all I want is a sim swap I go to one of the Vodacom shop in horizon view centre for assistance they telling me it is showing an error, I call the customer care service they advise they will call me back on Thursday morning no one call until some personnel Charlie calls service was good but now since on Thursday no one has assisted me today I call again I am on a call with some lady Sinovuyo she’s telling me I must buy another sincard because that one is cancelled on what ground because that is money wasted on my side I don’t owe vodacom anything all I want is a sim swap their service I must say is really poor
