Vodacom unable to convert a prepaid no to Contract

In March this year i app**** for a contract phone with Vodacom for our MD through Kaitlyn Singh. My MD requested we convert her prepaid number to contract as this is her primary business no. To date 7 months later this is still ongoing issue that is not resolved.

She eventually received the phone after Kaitlyn stopped responding to our queries and Rishay Singh started assisting us. He has been very helpful in trying to assist with the porting but this has to date not happened.

Is it really this difficult to convert a prepaid nr to contract? Should it really take 7 months. Not even to mention 5 months delivery time. And each and every time the phones was actually in stock.

Can someone please convert her prepaid no to contract. I also dont see this phone being billed, just to mention.
