Vodacom unable to cancel contract
Anyone at vodacom able to help sort a handed over account out? Contract expired and I cancelled it. Next thing I am.handed over to attorneys.
Same thing happened to my husband 3 years ago and we ended up paying that. Despite of that I still trusted vodacom to be honest and I got the contract.
Only to end up with the same situation again. Totally unbelievable. Makes one wonder is it that difficult for vodacom to cancell an expired contract,, or is it a habit of them to get extra money?
