Vodacom unable to calculate simple maths and *****ing from customers pretending to be dumb

Hi

In January 2019 I received a call to upgrade my package for R39 extra a month so I agreed, active from February. when the bill came their was a difference of over R600 so I called and said it ridiculous and R39 is nowhere close to over R600, they assured me they will sort it out. End of March theirs an over R700 difference so I quarry the problem.. they said they will refund it and move me back to my previous package so I said fine.. following month they take more then my normal amount and tell me they refunded me the month after they take even more and the month after that they continue to take more... so I call 2 to 3 times a week and they log a request and absolutely nothing happens because when I call I still have to teach them simple maths and they don’t understand... so I spoke to the manager beginning of this week and she said she will call with feedback the next morning at 9 it is the end of the week and nothing... I cannot understand how do they have so many people that cannot understand simple maths, not a clue how do you get a job that requires you to calculate when you can’t even subtract or add or even open your eyes and see... I’m still fighting with them and I’m just wasting my breath, rather just put a stop order and tell them to F themselves
