Vodacom unable to blacklist my moms phone
My mom received a cell phone contract from Vodacom its these new 066 numbers but now the problem is that Vodacom is unable to blacklist the phone since Tuesday so that we can open a case with the police, we have been sent from pillar to post, all we need is the ITC number so that we can go to the police
