When you call me, please make certain that you have the papers and recordings for the ******* who stole money from my account. The person who started the contract on your (VO9DACOM) behalf should be aware of what transpired. I've already spent time and money reversing the *****ulent debit order, and I'd appreciate it if you could contact me with all of the essential details.

I recently received a form from VODACOM with no reply email address. On the form, I am supposed to state the date I became aware of a Vodacom account in my name. I never stated that there is a VODACOM account in my name; if there is, VODACOM should notify me. What I am aware of is that you *****ulently stole money from my account, and I would like you to explain why since I do not have a written or verbal agreement with you.

I'm also supposed to hand over my ID and bank statements to the same people who de*****ed me. I also need to provide the cellphone numbers related with their theft, much like a magician. How am I supposed to know the phone numbers linked to the crime when I have stated that I am only aware of money ****** from my account?
