Vodacom *****ulent Transacting Migrations

Earlier this Week i randomly got Messages Quotations were generated against my profile and vetting was successful. I did not Solicit or approve any Migrations. Got through to Customer care and a Lady assisted me and Cancelled the Migration Process. they Identified the user and would get back to me who was *****ulently processing this migration. i got an SMS stating Query Was Closed. low and Behold all 4 Quotations being processed again today.

I am considdering Legal action against Vodacom for *****.

i suggest they fix this matter immediately as i will not be having this conversation a 3rd time.
