VODACOM *****ULENT DEBIT ORDER!!!!

So vodacom decided to do a *****ulent debit order using my details. I received a debit order of about R4200+ for something i dont know about. I did not sign any contract with Vodacom but such ******** and mafia style of ***** is absurd. I need vodacom to do the write thing!!!
